NOT everything that comes from China is Phake
 

Goofed the headline sorry but you get it. 90% of what consumers buy on a daily basis in retail big box stores comes from China. A lot of what OL wholesalers & resellers sell is deferred or variant merchandise from same. It is NOT ALL JUNK. I used to work for a manufacturer of medical electronics. The stuff that keeps you alive when your heart craps out. We had all of our components mfg. offshore and final assembly & testing was in Sofla. It says made in USA on it because it fell within the criteria to be able to say that. I forget what that criteria is.

so you had strict controls set on your comp manuf..........?

was final assm, and testing done in the USA? if so...... sure.


its one thing to have set rules that are checked on the entire process.... its another to say "build me xyz" and im just going to go over here and not watch anything you do.

that is when you come back with a box if wires.


lots of chips and things are made in china... and lots aren't... most of everything in your computer is a mix of made in china and not made in china, and put together somewhere else.

What I am trying to say is...
 

that not everything from China is phake or junk. But every time I have seen the name CHina here the word phake comes into play immediately. A lot of contempt prior to investigation. There is a lot of designer clothes that are mfg. in China. Coogi used to be mfg. in Australia and now China. A lot of glasses are molded in China and put together in other places. Monster electronics is mfg. in China. Nike is mfg. in China & Viet Nam. Ad infinitem There is also a lot of deferred merch around too.

right.. they have their own supply chain and quality controls....

without that... you'll get lead in baby toys, and plastic in formula.

I see a lot of authentic stuff on Taobao all the time
