Calling ebay different phone number

I used flynumber to make stealth accounts but now one of my accounts got a mc999 asking to call in to verify. I don't believe I am allowed to make outgoing calls with flynumber. Is it ok to use a different phone number that is not linked to an ebay to call in?

you don't need to use the number that you used to sign up with ebay

however, they can see your number even if you block it so use a new number for this account

I just called them for MC999.

They asked just for name, address, date of birth, and my plans for ebay. This was an account I created and listed three items on the day it was created. My account got reinstated. Thanks for the help.

If you don't mind, in what category did you list and at what value amount?

I listed three items in the toy category with each item at around 15 dollars.
