do i need to register as a business?
 

I'll hope to be selling around £10,000 a year so not a massive amount compared to some, I intend to pay tax and national insurance on the amount I earn, do I really need to register as a business, and how would it work on a stealth account i,'m about to create?

EBay say its illegal not to register as a business if I am in fact a business, what do you guys suggest?

Not sure how it works in the UK or with a stealth account but
In Canada, I write off so much stuff...
