Ranking Higher In Search? Getting More Viewers?
 

Hey,

I have Headphones I am attempting to sell. The person who first pops up in the search engine, has thousands of sales a month on this item, and sells the same product at a higher price than I do.

In two weeks of a posted buy it now, my item had 13 views, I suspect at least 11 or 12 of them are from me.

I have a well crafted title, which i think is better than the top rated seller who is selling thousands per month, all item specifics filled out, a very good description, free shipping, etc. I also have no violations in the last 6 months, my account is only 5 months old. It is a legit one under my name.

Given I only have a feedback of 75 and only about 85 sales --- not yet top rated. But there is no reason for me to be getting no views at all. I just can't figure it out.

Sorry for the long post, I just am really frustrated, as this is a constant problem for me.

The other seller has more front than you.

His listing catches the viewers/buyers.

You have to earn the right to topple him off his perch.

Yes, I offer the 1 day handling time and 14 day return policy.

It is just not this category, It is also less saturated products too. In another category the guy only has 4 feedback, but has gotten 51 sales in the last 3 days. Chances are it is a stealth, but still, he has nothing on me. My product is listed for 3 dollars less, pretty much same tittle and everything. And have no sales in 2 weeks.

Like honestly, I am doing everything in the listing I can, but it is not making a difference. I am ranked so low.

I was thinking of calling Ebay and asking them what was up with this, but also think they will be useless.
