Changing the "Ship From" address

So, I am trying to figure out how to change the "ship from" address on eBay and I haven't been able to do so. Does anyone know hot to?

P.S. There is no option to do it through "Addresses" panel.

Forgot to add that I didn't sell anything from that account, so I won't be able to go through "sold items" as suggested.
