is there a way of finding out who left you low detailed seller rating?

Not really, if there was a for sure way to know...there would be too many people yelling at each other.

If you check on them regularly, and then you noticed your ones and twos are from recent feedback you have an idea, but to be honest there is no for sure way. People dont give two sh!ts when leaving feedback, so if they had a good day they may leave you all 5's, but if they had a bad day they may be pissed they had to pay shipping and will leave you a 1.

that sucks 1 more and my best account is busted for a year, my feed back is 99.5 as well its so tough. i may have to start selling something in bulk and cheap and is defiantly gona get my dsr percentage up any ideas whats good for that i dont care if i dont make any money on it at all.

But you should also see if you need to adjust your business plan.

If it's a competitor then that is different.
