 My First Stealth PowerSeller Account but missed out on TRS..

Very Pleased that I have achieved my first stealth powerseller account (although this powerseller status on its own means almost nothing), this account has been active for about 6 months but the selling activity got going just about 4 months ago.
Bad news is that I have 4 low DRS for dispatch time even though I have clearly stated in some listings what the dispatch time is for them.
So am guessing I cannot get TRS now for sometime as you can't have more than 3 low DRS in a 12 month period?
On a side note: does anyone know why i cannot reply to some of the threads I make? It says I do not have permission or something like that?
