Can i open a stealth ebay account with MY ACTUAL paypal account

ok, here is the story, I SOLD 3 items on ebay in 2011, got limited on paypal, then because of that, ebay limited my selling priveledges until I get the paypal resolved. I finally get it resolved but then ebay says I "am a risk to the community". If I go stealth with ebay, can i link it to my FULLY VERIFIED Paypal account?

Where to Begin....

1. You should purchase the Ebay Stealth Book

2. You CAN'T add a Paypal Account to a new Ebay Account

3. Both Paypal and Ebay Accounts should ALWAYS match and by that I mean all the Information such as Name, Address, Phone, etc....

4. On this board we don't use the term f@ke when referring to our Stealth Accounts...we refer to them as "Stealth".

You should NEVER used old accounts that have been tied to banned accounts. If your FULLY VERIFIED Paypal account has not been tied to an eB account AND info matches new eB account then...logical your decision should be

If business account I have found the names must not always match eb/pp. I have a few in my inventory prior to finding this site that still work after few years. However why not start fresh and do it right?
