do ebay & paypal communicate with eachother?

now i have a new one,

but when i add a new email address to my paypal account (the one that is blocked)

does ebay recognize that?

Last year, two of my eBay accounts have been suspended. Both eBay account have total different registration infrastruction, but shared same PayPal account.

I have send eBay why (one of) my account to eBay CS. They replied that my account is associsted to another suspended account. The email stated that it is replied by XXXX, eBay Customer Support. But the sender email address is XXXX@paypal.com.....

Then, I know what happened.


BTW, the new eBay Privacy Policy stated that they could share information among their company (eBay, PayPal, Skype, etc)

eBay & PayPal are like husband & wife, and are therefore parents to a throng of VeRo-partner children, who run around the playground bullying and telling tales on the smaller kids.

eBay likes to think it runs a community, and like any community after a time, the power becomes more important than the community. The rules must be obeyed.
