MC999 on stealth eBay after a few day, what about PayPal?

Ok, I made a stealth account after I sold 2 items I got MC999. I already shipped the items and they are on the way, so if my account is doomed I'm out of luck. I know my stealth is screwed because they want me to call up to verify information(can't do that). So will my PayPal account be limited too? Sorry if this is the wrong section.
