When does Ebay bill you?
 

I once asked a customer support flunky and they said it depends when you signed up. Huh? It's a simple question. I find sometimes they bill me a few days after listing and sometimes it has been 2 weeks. So which is it?

From what I noticed it seemed to be random too. I usually paid my balances up front though before eBay tried to take the funds. That's before being suspended though.

No it's not that. I doubt many people on this forum are being suspended for not paying their balance. There maybe a few, but they probably did it on purpose to save money. If a person is selling, they have to have a credit card on file, and we all know eBay uses this card to charge the balance when it's time. I simply pay by Paypal because my credit card is always prepaid and won't have the funds for eBay when they start reaching for it.
