Sending to buyer's company address
 

Had a buyer today, PayPal is verified and states i am eligible for seller protection etc, however the buyers address does not have a recipient name and instead the PayPal account is just in the company name and address.

Their feedback is good, no problems there, just a bit wary as there is no actual recipient name.

Any experience with these? I'm aware of PayPal business accounts and most probably have nothing to worry about but any heads up would be appreciated. Thanks.

Take a screenshot of what is now in bold.... ie the record of verified & eligible for protection.

Ship the item. Have had this with buyers without any issues. Do the usual things of secure packing, suitable cover with postage etc.

Right, but surely once an account is verified it cant go unverified right? So what use would the screen capture be?

Thats how a legit paypal business account is setup. Thats how I have mine setup.
