If a seller has a high amount of items not received, or items not as described, it might prompt eBay to take a closer look at your account. In doing this they will develop, over time, an average number of cases opened vs the total number of items sold. So, going over whatever the average is could be problematic. And knowing eBay, they will NEVER disclose to us what the average percentages are. Amazon has been doing this for awhile. |
