Can buyers leave feedback for removed listings?

I recently had a listing that was veroed (unjustly) and removed. My question is: can buyers still leave feedback even after the listing was removed from ebay? Or does ebay no longer allow them to place feedback on a veroed listing?

i could be wrong but as far as i rememver you can't leave feedback if ebay removes the item

If a listing is removed, you cannot leave feedback - the transaction is deemed not to have existed.
