Buying static ip lot
 

Hello everyone, as many of you who have att uverse internet know that your ip address never changes. Now i am wondering if i call att and buy a static ip block lets say of 30 static ips, can i assign them to my computer to change the ip?

Will that change the ip ebay and every other website sees or the ip won't change?

i bought a att hotspot to be able to use different ip's but the problem i am having is that the att hotspot is good for making pp accounts but as soon as i sell something on ebay my ebay accounts get limited. I used to have the att dsl but att forced me to upgrade to uverse.

BTW i am 100% sure that i am not doing any step wrong since ive been stealth for 4 years now and have made 100's of accounts.

Will att sell ips?
You could buy a cblock from arin? Use yours and sell the rest? actually not a bad idea, grouping together and buying some blocks. Last time I checked it was not all that expensive. But centers will supply you with some and sell you extras for a very low amount

i use mobile broadbands and they work well
