Activity: 0% Longevity: 68% | | Issues with stealth account
Okay I've been banned from eBay a few months back over petty crap because i was giving better deals on items than the top dogs and I was untouchable with business making money I never knew was possible. I even dropped out of college to pursue this type of career.
EBays suspends me indefinitely then paypal was next. So last week I went and got a BOA checking account and did stealth by name and address on the account. Then I went and made a PayPal account and lucky got it instant verified by log in. Then made an eBay account and was successful. Now this what went wrong. I asked to increase selling limits from 10/500 by questionnaire and I passed. The prompt told me my limits have been increased to 100/5,000 and it was also displayed those limits on my dash.. I was jumping for joy to have my life back bc this was a 24/7 dream job. Then 20 minutes later my limits went back down to 10/500 for no reason.
So I called eBay the next day and they told me they had no record of them doing that and since I was going to be selling used clothes they said "Risky items" I need to show them receipts. And photo is, bank statement. If I send those in will they link it to my original account? Or is there anyway around it? And does anyone know why they would increase my limits then know it back down 20 minutes later? I NEED HELP TO KNOW WHAT TO DO THANKs! BTW I DID EVERYTHING IN STEALTH.

Are you using the same PC, also I would advise spreading you stock over more accounts, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Also eBay have not banned you on the new account as if it was linked they would have closed it down.
The mistake a lot a people do at the start is trying to get to the highs we were at when we got closed down to quickly.

Don't ever call ebay they just want to get as much info as possible from you and never give up ur suppliers because I wouldn't put it past them to use ur suppliers to make their own store and shut u down anyway. Only give bare minimum info. U need to really read and understand the stealth guide and open up multiple accounts and spread ur sales out that way if one account goes down the others are still standing. Don't worry about increasing limits that will just make u sell too much on one account and get u shut down. Be patient open multiple accounts . STEALTH IS THE ONLY WAY FOR EBAY
The idea of stealth is not to have one account with crazy high sales u want to stay under the radar the way u increase limits is that u open another account , I like to stay at the $1000 a month mark and just open more accounts even when they do raise limits I stay at this limit , increased limits are a way for ebay to push u to make pace to earn 20k a year so they can get ur SS#

Has your iphone got the ebay appl downloaded?
ebay will treat you as they did if they do not like your business plan.
So, by your description, selling too much too fast means they see you as a risk.
Therefore they will go into damage control. And they did that by lowering your limits. ebay ALWAYS has reasons. The issue is that the seller may not believe them.
Before you go racing off and ruining new accounts, s l o w down. Learn stealth correctly. Do not let money sway your brain again.
As to having your limits lifted, it is not a given they will. Another thing to learn is that ebay will not tell the truth.
Good Luck | |

| You need to avoid calling eB. Now it is time to make new accounts - stealth ones.

Better to have 100 accounts bringing in 500 per month than 1 account bringing in 50k. What's the point of the high selling limits if you're just going to have to give paypal your ssn after 20k?

Everyone wants super high limits but then down the road they get hit with a SSN or EIN and they get desperate because they don't know what to do.

High limit accounts look great now but when you get slammed for the SSN you will be banging your head on the floor.
It can be done and managed but for me, I sell on hundreds of accounts and rotate them weekly. I keep track of items sold and sales and dont have issues with doing this.
Spread sales over many accounts like Corlene stated and you will be much happier and make lots more money in the long run.
And you are building them for the future too!!

Making money right now is great but making more money and not having hassles later is by far the way to go.

I understand but over time it will work.
I have over 300 working accounts of my own right now.
I rotate batches around so all of them get some action and dont sit.
It is hard but can be managed.
People need to look at it this way.
If you want to make 1000.00 per month, how many accounts do I need to make that 1000.00 without getting nailed for the ssn etc.

Long term stealth is no quick fix.
Sensibly it is a matter of sitting down and working out the best method for selling.
Make the plan workable.
Forum is proof it can be done. | |

Hardly creative.
Essential tool for some sellers to be.
Part of the overall plan |
