Ebay account in good standing but want to clear my 'history'
 

I have an ebay account which has good FB and is in good standing. However, I had to remove all my listings 6 months ago due to copyright issues. However, it is still possible to view my old listings via images I used that now show up in google image search. Is there anyway I can fully 'clear' these from the internet, as I dont want my old listings being linked to my new business venture when I start using my account again in the comings weeks.

It means your images are indexed by google.

Sometimes it is difficult to remove them.

There is quite a lot of info on google help about this.

Cool, I have a lot to go through, but thanks for the help, Il get deleting! When you follow the link on the image though, it goes straight through to my old ebay listing, despite it being deleted from my ebay account. Is there anything further I can do about that?

If the link you get when you click the image is not a valid link you can ask google to remove the image because of that. If the image is a valid link to a working url a lot tougher to remove. Why do you care if those images are on google? I mean how does it hurt your business plan maybe something you can do that way

If you are afraid someone is going to use your images there are ways to watermark them etc.

Or just go follow gbs link and get them removed.

Dont use the old pictures - make new ones and alter them with a trademark stamp or so. Best to be new with all aspects.

The OP asked about removing traces of old images.

Re-read the post. They have ALREADY made the choice to not use old info.
