shipment not receive is it possible to reprint and re-send
 

i ship a few package that was behind by a week.
now i notice some of them just show deliver and some the buyer said they did not receive.

when i look up tracking it's blank no info except the tracking number. can i just do a shipping label reprint and re-send it or should i do new shipping with new tracking number if so how do i do that in ebay

i think you only have 3 days to reprint a label, otherwise youll have to buy new postage

I would buy new postage. You can change the tracking number on your list of sold items.

on ebay there is 72 hrs to reprint or void the label, i would suggest you void and buy new ones. if you void u wait 3 weeks for the refund but its safe. Remember something, if USPS thinks you are playing games or any other shipping company by reprinting labels they can get you in big trouble. =}

I save labels as PDFs. For the reason I have dropped packages off and had them disappear once or twice. I have just printed out the label and again reshipped. But yes, they are right you have 48 hours normally to void a label. Only 24 hours to Reprint in the U.S. if you use eBay or PayPals shipping service.
