ebay business plan

Have 2 ebay accounts which i have been told to send in a business plan for it to get reviewed.

Issue is because of ebays guardrail system which puts ebays below standard even if ratings are above standard.

Anyone have a business plan like this to hand ?

Knowing what I do about eB's document review process, I'd just google ONLINE SALES BUSINESS PLAN and send them that as a pdf.

This is semi-sarcastic. If the account is new I would chalk it up as lost. Similar to an eB rep asking you "What is your neighbor's dog's name?"
