New rules for eBay buyer account????
 
Anyone notice? Around noon yesterday when I created a buyer account and it want to verify by phone call and click the activate link in the email.

It's not done that before.

It does happen with some accounts. Not been a real lot of reports lately. It was happening last year.

Did the phone call go OK?

Yes, the phone went OK, it just need a lot more step to create new buyer account.

Indeed. Game plan for making new accounts has changed.

Always be aware of what worked 3 months ago, may be different today.
