Good till Cancelled Listing only for ebay shops?

Is the Good till cancelled listing which relists items automatically after 30 day period and keeps the number of sold count only available for ebay shops?

It is available for any account on ebay US.

On ebay UK only for stores.

Sorry I should have clarified, I was referring to eBay UK as I assumed it was EB UK questions was referring to, where as far as I am aware it is only available to shops.
