Is that anyway to completely block buyer ?
 

Hi, I already blocked some of buyers who tried to let me down. He even reported me on EB, opened case on PP. However, I escaped all of those. I want to resell my stuff again which he's selling now. Im scare that it's gonna happen to me again. Is that anyway to get rid of those stupid a$$ ? Can I block the state or the address ? or just hide my name ???

Hard to completely block a buyer since many will have other family members with accounts and they will use them to buy.

I read that topic :).... I tried to applied the high taxes to that state like 100% and inform it in description. I am not sure there is problem if I do tax 100% :))

All these approaches are good but realize that if a buyer really wants to give you problems and knows even an inkling of stealth (so to speak), not much you can do but keep CONSTANTLY monitoring your sales up to the last minute.
