Shipworks problem hopefully someone can help with
 

I'm using the free version of shipworks version 3.3.8 with ebay with my endicia account connected to it.
When I go to ship an item the rates I get are higher than if I used Endicai or dazzle.
For exmaple, when I use shipworks, a first class 2oz lable costs $1.52
When I use Endicia/Dazzle it costs $1.12!!!

Has anyone run into this beofre? Ive setup everyting as instructed. I posted the same thing in their forums but no one has gotten back to me.
