having problem with changing ip
 

Hello,

I'm trying to join eBay again, but I'm having problems with changing my IP address.

I noticed that my IP isn't changing, so I assumed that it is a static IP. Anyways, I called my Internet provider and I received a response that it is a "dynamic static" IP whatever this is - he said that it MAY change after few years.

I really don't want to change my provider, because the other provides in my neighbourhood are not too good = slow.

Is there other way to change the IP? I know using Proxy is not recommended. Please, help me!

I already have a new bank account, name, address, phone, but this is stopping me!
