my cc company allows me to create unlimited virtual cc numbers as well, however they will all have the same billing address, Thus cannot be used to create accounts

How can you get your Paypal debit card for all of those accounts ? You'd have to get DBA's for each one. The cheapest I found DBA's for was $49. each. I found it much cheaper and easier to just use dummy names and addresses and withdraw via bank transfer. Sure it takes 2 days before it makes it into my account, but I got to skip the DBA bit.
