Ebay And SSN Question
 

If i add my SSN to ebay and paypal on a new account will my seller limit increase or will it still be 10/500. Thanks in advance

There is no way of being able to tell you an answer to that.

But my question is why do you want to risk your SSN?

Do you know much about the importance of them & giving the info to paypal/ebay.

Why not tell us your plans for ebay? We can guide you to make wiser choices.

Do as GB stated - be open - limits are not just based on providing SSN or not (dont give PP any personal info...that is held for life).

It will not be raised. You have to establish selling history on the eBay account. That is the only way to have the limits raised.

A lot of people have tried to go for fast limit increases in any way possible...adding SSN...calling up eB....trying to force listings...many times, this leads to problems with request for documentation. Just work within the system and build credibility to your account - Make MORE accounts to spread sales and limits
