merchant account with ebay
 

I am looking for merchant account + gateway, however, i have no business registration number or business ID. Anyone can recommend merchant account compnay to me that can sign up as personal and accept canadian application?

Is it meant for eB use or your own website? There are a lot of services available but to be legit about it...do you have your own business registered in your province? Whether sole proprietorship, inc., etc...

I do not register as sole proprietorship as I am selling on ebay as part time. I will not exceed certain amount of income per year, so I can not need to register business with government as long as I am not exceed that amount. I can simply file tax using my name and sin number as self employer. However, most merchant account ask legal document from me. Some of them don't but is not accept payment from ebay url etc.

Oh it is for eB then - eB will need have merchant documents on file for them to accept your merchant account then. You can register as self-employer (called a sole proprioetorship) at local government business registration

when I asked ebay they said I can simply set up thing after I login including the payment method.... no document looking from me ...are they true?

Sure it's true BUT (AND keep this in mind), if you get suspended pending ID verification or sell too fast or whatever that causes eB to request ID verification, you had better have proof in terms of documentation
