Risk renting a mailbox?
 

Renting a mailbox sounds like a good idea if you want to be able to have access to an address when going stealth.

However, what if someone renting a mailbox next to yours had an eBay account and got suspended?

You both technically have the same address, just a different mailbox number.

Isn't this JUST like using a flagged home address with a different name? (which eventually gets you linked if reviewed)

Thoughts?

I would assume that the possibility of renting at the same location of a suspended ebay seller may go either way, I suppose it would depend how big the City you live in.

I have actually done that,,I currently have an Account OVER 2 Years Based at the SAME address where I KNOW at LEAST 1 other Suspended Ebay Accounts (Not Owned by Me) have used the same address,,except of course for Different Name and "Apt #

It COULD happen, but I have several mailing addresses and never had an account at one of them banned for it (I lost a couple of accounts, but I know what the reasons were and it had nothing to do with the address).

Weigh up the risks.

This is all part of the correct use of an account.

Keep in mind the account should run as smoothly as possible.

Access to an address is essential.

Consider having a mailbox as most practical.

Everything is a risk. In today's world many people share the same info. While anything can technically get an account suspended, it is usually not just one piece of shared info that gets someone suspended. They usually create a manual review that gets them booted
