It just keeps saying an error has occurred?. The information matches and everything. Dunno what's going on. Also I had used this type of card on another account before.

One thing I noticed was when I registered this card at walmartgift It didn't ask me for just an address. Is this normal?.

eBay account is not suspended right?

You couldnt register the card on walmart site - perhaps not an AVS card then.

Why dont you just use Vanilla Visa - simpler.
