making a new Ebay and Paypal account
 

I recently moved addresses, if I remove the credit card and bank account from my old Paypal and Ebay, will I be able to add it ti my new Paypal and Ebay without them linking me?
Also, I still have the same phone number, will they link the accounts if I put the same phone number as my old account??

No you need all new information , anything from an old account will link you, get a copy of the ebay stealth guide everything you need will be in there I think it's only $25 now with a 6 month subscription to this forum. If you are selling on ebay and amazon it's a must absolutely priceless
