The only way would be to file a not received dispute, or a chargeback.

Buy from China directly if you want counterfiets.

Yes if you file a not as described for something not bought on eBay, PayPal will close the dispute out period. Rule in the seller's favor. I bought something, it arrived defective and I wanted to return it for a refund. The seller said no so I opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller responded, blah, blah, and escalated it to a claim (as they obviously knew PayPal would rule in their favor) and bam it was closed and they informed me they don't address issues of "not as decribed", etc. and that I should take it up with the seller. Well duh I did. So I have to now try to go through my credit card company direct.

Also that's just wrong. Put yourself in the sellers shoes. Would you want that done to you?? I think not. What goes around comes around.

as said before, SNAD doesn't work off eBay....
a dispute can be opened, but once it gets escalated to a claim, it is automatically closed...

i recently had 4 of those because the buyers thought they could scam me...

I laughed my ass off when they threatened me and then realized that the claim was closed immediately...
