item not recieved dispute?
 

if you do an item not received dispute and after that the seller sends you an empty package with tracking number, are you screwed?

probably yes.

well it depends... u need to know the weight of the actual package u got, and if the package u got doesn't match the weight of the package u were suppose to get. Then u might be able to dispute the charge and win.

The frauduland seller can put sand in the box so it match the supposed weight... I heard somebody was doing this last year lol!

The fact that the seller tried to defend herself is beyond me.

I manage to get call backs from craigslist but they usually change their minds when they find out I'm a black man. I don't post my name on my adds; just my number. I think my name is giving it away. Not many people will do business with a person named Tyrone. This is reality. Sometimes I go as far as meeting them after agreeing to their cheap price and they all of a sudden have a change of heart once they see me. On ebay I never have to meet anyone so they don't know what race i am.

That is just a sad reality that we have to live with in our great big world.
