No your buying feedback and pretty much doing it in the open directly this is not allowed by ebay

Ebay is extremely suspicious of anything sold at an obvious loss. Because there is not a more obvious loss then selling currency at less then face value, you may be suspended for feedback manipulation. When people sell gift cards for less then face value there are many explanations why it would make sense for someone to do so, but because there is only one potential benefit to selling money at a loss, this will probably not stay under the radar, making this a high risk move.

Only if you want to condemn your NEW account to a quick passing.

1. Buy 1000 iPhone Cables = (1000 * .30) = 300
2. Sell 1000 iPhone Cables = (1000 * .60) = $600
3. Get at least 500 Feedbacks

Find the cheapest person on eBay which will be from china and undercut him, and you'll sell out the 1000 cables overnight. I see it everyday.

Dont forget you have to pay shipping (.42 cents or $1.64 ) and if you do not use tracking you can best another 20 customers wont receive their orders, maybe even more than that.

LOL, can you imagine all the claims that would arise by not using tracking?

By the way, that was just an example. Like others said, include your shipping, and Paypal & eBay fees also. Pretty much either sell at scratch or just make a bit. Keep in mind, 99% of people sell cables for profit, so they won't be able to match your price. Take a look at these two items #:
