Raised Limits after Threat?

I just received a VeRo notification with a deletion of my listing. (my first one) I will contact the manufacture because I do have permission and this is wrongly reported. Now here is the odd part. I received a notice that they are raising my limits again. I'm now at about 30,000? This is after two months. Should I be worried?

Just be careful with the account and I wouldn't relist the item that gave u the violation , at least for a while, your account is under close watch now so tread lightly

I would avoid listing the item that got Verod again. Be careful and you should be fine, but make sure you are the model EB seller. Get your items out on time and fast, keep the customers happy ect

Do you think I should go ahead and notify Ebay with the proper documentation to show that I do have permission to sell this item? Or should I not say a word and silently go about my business without relisting this item?

Before you decide to relist the item, call ebay, and fax, email them the documentation to back up your legality to sell the item.

Agree - avoid relisting the item until you are cleared. Sell other stuff :)

Relisting the item could result in selling limitations and it can take months for a violation record to be cleared from your account.

There is already a violation.

He needs to file a counter claim. ( Which luckily he can do since he is USA based).

Get that all sorted.

Then sell other items for a while.

The issue may be the temptation to relist this item immediately. But if the account has value a waiting period would be preferable. Those limits need protecting.

Counter claim would be good - few threads on this forum can lead you on the right path
