Sales dropped by 4 folds. Reasons?
 

My main account first 7 days sold 25 items. All my stealths another 25 items within 7 days. Total of 50 sales in 7 days.

The last 5 days, just 10 sales with all accounts. That's 4 to 5 times less.

Anyone else getting this?

Is ebay trying to knock people off or what? Or just bad timing in the summer time for US?

Could it be because my images are not up to date with ebays new rules on all accounts or what?

Could be a range of reasons. Demand for what you were selling was high, and now that demand has been met, your items not being ranked as high, thus being lower on the page, your items are not the cheapest ect..

I been selling for the thing for 2 years on the main account. I sell price range $9.99 to $35! So not to high! I have over 200 auctions running. Ending each day at least 5 of them and restarting.

For my area is always slow this time of year. I like it though... I would have burned out by now otherwise....

Summer time...vacation time...have you also checked out if your competition is crushing you?

There are over 22,000 items listed in the category that I sell. They have good sales.

I would say about 500 sellers in the category also.

Might be a few new players selling the same thing, and/or your search rankings dropped, possibly due to these new players.

For me anyhow, this is a slow time of year...and it is for everybody in my category...

css1 I got 11 stealths running in the last month. So it should hurt a bit and put a dent. I wanted to get 45 stealths going.

Last year it dropped a tiny bit in this time of the week I just checked the numbers for last year. But from 47 to 10! :O It's like pretty huge!

I have noticed that with a new account sales are higher than with an older account. May be ebay are giving new accounts better positioning at the start.

Well 10 of those accounts are new.

3 of them are a bit older, 2 of them a few years and 1 of them over 3 months old.

Yeah it is. I got to start reselling feedback items to be TRS.

I've experienced this, unfortunately I have found no reason why.

Did things go back to normal for you or was it the end?

Not really - that doesnt have proof to it
