Lower limit on BIN, normal?
 

I have been selling on this current account for awhile, along with many high risked items (100's. some in ~$1000).

I had below seller ratings due to Communication (since I had 2 day handling, instead of 1) and low described item rating where only once of the times did I deserve it. Anyhow, in my active listings it tells me I can sell 2 more items or so much this month, but til' today did I notice it was under the fixed price lining.

I went to my dashboard and my limit is 100 items / $13k, like it was before the lsr. Funny how the other day I had called and they said they could not do anything, the machine decides and does everything to try and prevent fraud..

It was just the weirdest thing to me as that was where my total left for the month was always, and I thought I was limited for the past several months. Apparently not!- As long as I start the price at .99$.

Well first off, this is a relatives account info, and I can use all of their info. And they live near me. All of the info is so confusing - probably links 3 accounts but scam bay does not even know what to do with it..

Yesterday I got most of my listings removed saying I was permanently banned from electronics, but does this also include computer wise or other electronics?

FYI, this account mess started way back before I came here- my soon future accounts will be a lot better (stealthier). - Almost done with my server too for the Vmware accounts - and my gaming rig :p

But it kept 2 of my computer listings, that is why I am confused. They are BIN's though. They simply removed the "general" electronic items from my store.
