Item description and picture theft

I just found a seller who is using my photos, my descriptions, my terms of sale, my return policy,etc. Everything was copied from me.

Should I report it to eBay?
Or just leave it alone?

I don't know how eBay handles situations like this.

Any thoughts?

Word of CAUTION:

a.) It brings ATTENTION to your "stealth account" (assuming you are underground?)
b.) UNLESS--U report it CORRECTLY--they will reply back, then u have to do it again..
c.) IN order to get it to STICK--u need an auction number of YOURS--that the DATES preceed the date of his starting auction..

i.e. if his is running now--but was listed last Saturday,
--One of your Current auctions--is no good.
--You NEED an auction number of YOURS-that was Created PRIOR to-
his starting date..

BTW--I dont report it anymore--Ive been burnt, PLUS-sometimes a friendly email is all it takes.. Once u contact them-then u report them---THEY COME AFTER U...

I just suspended by ebay and I did not have many mail add. for my credit card and new back a/c. How can I do? Does anyone know Hong Kong have any Gift card instead of Credit card?

Someone used my photos and all I did was send a nicely worded email telling them they are in violation of ebay policies and if the pictures are not removed I will contact ebay trust and safety.
Gone within the hour!

That's why you watermark your images with Photoshop before you upload them

You need to report it ASAP. If the competitor's listings sit and get old, then they can go and report you for copying them. Never tell them you are reporting them as they will retaliate.

If they stole your image hosting stuff, obviously you change all the pictures to maybe "username stole it from username."
