Delivery

After Royal Mail had increased their parcel prices ridiculously, just wondering what delivery courier everyone uses?

If there is already a thread on this then please let me know

RM still the best for anything that qualifies as a larger letter, which most my items are. If its lager, I use MyHermes.

Good idea.

Be shocking to spill the lager.

MyHermes - that's a dutch lager, isn't it?

I've had special delivery prices being cheaper than 1st class recorded for small packets.
Always go to the royal mail site and compare the prices, sometimes a better service is actually cheaper.

Do you recall that bad weather Christmas three years back in the UK?

Brother actually hand delivered some items. All up his costs were comparable to a courier.

Bonus was the feedback from our buyers.

Like anything with ebay, it is a matter of thinking out the best resolution for an account.

Serves me right for not checking my spelling :)

Hand delivery, that is going the distance.

mobilecontractsuk 06-17-2013 12:21 PM

I've just had a special delivery package come back to me with the reason 'address does not exist'.
I checked the RM address finder and the address appears.
The buyer has his address confirmed. The buyer wants the postage back and wants to collect!!!
The item was supposed to be delivered on Friday last week. Looks like I'll probably get a bad DSR.

That's rough - no proof that he refused delivery? Odd if you can find the address but it states address does not exist...
