Default Ebay/Paypal/Merchant advice

Hello gurus,

I need some advice about this topic.

I'll try to keep this as brief as possible.

I have a main Ebay account (A) established in 2005 99.8% feedback with lots of policy violations and low % with 'item not as described'.

I have Ebay accounts B, C, D, E.. with separate emails all linked up to the main Paypal account linked to A. Recently Paypal E got limited which resulted in Paypal A getting affected. Followed with ether Ebay/Paypal C, D & E suspensions (as they were registered with the same address just different names and numbers.

I operated all accounts from the same IP - stupid I know now.

Basically all I have left is Ebay A (no address) with limited Paypal account and Ebay B as it's registered with a different address.

I can't use Paypal anymore unless I change my IP and start from scratch

My options is abandon ship and start fresh with Ebay (using relatives info) - hoping to use this as a back up account.

Currently in the process of opening a merchant account with Paymate to link to Ebay A however I want to know if I use my real details when signing up with the merchant will there be problems when I verify my details with Ebay A? Ie home address - when there is no address entered into Ebay and phone number?

Please help!

read around the forum, each day being said many times, not recommended to use relatives info for setting up a new ebay account, you can just get their info banned as well, learn stealth, make many ebay accounts with different paypal attached to each ebay, build the accounts with spreading sales between them.

look into reading the stealth guide + forum to learn how to do all in the correct way.
everything has been said around.

you need different ip, address, bank acc, email, name for each ebay and paypal couple
different windows user for each account so you stay link free.

also not recommended to link many ebay accs to one paypal, this way when problems
with one arise, you loose all as you already know.

Thaks Gulaga. I did purchase and read eBay Stealth and one of the options was to use a friend/relatives info.

Ok, I won't use their info. I'll reread the book and go stealth =)

In regards to my main ebay account is it ok to use my home address when verifying the merchant account? I don't want to risk losing the account.

When going stealth, you have to understand the concepts.

You have already purchased the stealth guide, now you have to use the forum for up to date information.

If you have a question, you can always you the search option to help get more knowledge for your questions.

Hope this helps?

Good Luck

You could use your home address for the merchant side but absolutely not for eBay

If you are starting again everything must be new. This is essential

It states Ebay needs to verify the merchant account by faxing in a current statement. Could I maybe change the address with the merchant account? I deleted the address section on the ebay system a long time ago. I could probably reenter it with the address entered when opening the account?

You could try but from your story, seems like you have linked up accounts - any future changes to the address would not make the link go away...you could have problems later

Like that will work

Do you not realise that eBay/PayPal keep all old info? That info may not be on your side but it is there for eBay/ PayPal to see

Please be careful with what you do. You will have troubles

Thanks Rsot and Greenbean. So there's no way to save the account as I can't use Paypal with that account or accept merchant. All I can do is abandon it? CC used to pay bills from that account is linked to a real CC.

Oh and fees are due for all accounts. Is it best to pay them all? I received emails from the other accounts to pay up as they couldn't debit the account. Is it safe to say they can't track me down and just pay the main account? All Paypal accounts were linked to the main account so there's no way avoiding the fees?
