should i .... Call Ebay
 

Ok so to start off , i have set up a new stealth account , new ip and everything , cookies , personal info , Browser ...
New paypal ...
this is where i am kinda worried , We run a legit business and i have to claim taxes in all so i did set that new paypal account in my name ( not associated with any existing Suspended ebay or paypal accounts. ) everything had always been in my husbands name & SS
Now my first question is i had a case opened , paypal ruled in my favor , but in Ebay DSR it shows it counted as a unresolved case... Not so. But is it worth calling to get this fixed?
I am straight paranoid about calling at this point but , this mark looks bad ... and now it shows being standard ? Not above standard.
Number 2 , I need this bull crap seller limit on categories lifted if possible? Will they send me to the Vetting dept where they kill accounts ... :behindsofa:

How long ago was the ruling?? Sometimes things are little delayed with ebay and Paypal

Calling eBay is like contracting a virus without cure. I got myself in trouble because I wanted limit increased and lifting category limits. Find a better song on YouTube than listening to eBay on-hold music.

About a week ago .... Any thoughts?

I would avoid calling eBay if at all possible.

I never call ebay but use ebay live chat to resolve issues like this.
I have never had any issues on my stealth accounts when using live chat and my Iissues are often resolved.

They will not lift your category limits for 3 months, whether you call or not. The only thing you risk is having the account suspended.

If you don't care about the account being suspended, then go ahead and call.

Otherwise, I suggest you don't. I don't want to come back to this post and write "I told you so" in a few days. And neither do the other 10 people who just told and will tell you not to call.

Don't call for increases there's a Big chance they will close your account , just work for ur raises

Ok no call then , we are working on more stealth accounts in the event this one tanks but I'd like to mature this account . I've already had one auto increase .
I had no idea they had limits on name brand athletic shoes . I'll just keep listing and wait , I have 60 more days. I suppose it won't kill me .

IDK, i always have very friendly nice people when i've called. even called on other accouns with crazy errors happen.... same result.

if you are legit like you say....... hell, go for it. - i will prob be the lone voice saying this :-P -

but if you are all freaky scared and it shows.....maybe not... im always like, sup ebay hows it hang.

but catagory limits... just roll, sell, get good feeedback, they'll go away. I had the same issue getting my account started selling old video games i didn't use anymore.

The mark on my account went away. So it must have been a glitch as someone else said . Like I said I will just wait out the 60 more days I have plenty of other things to list . Just sucks cause the nikes are the money makers .

Great news. Like others have stated sometimes it takes a little time for PayPal and eBay to match on certain issues and eBay/PayPal is certainly not glitch free. I avoid calling eBay but when you have to then you have too and cannot avoid it. Someone mentioned
using there live chat. I have personally never seen that but it sounds like a good option.

For U.S it is no more live chat , Eb cancel this fuction for a while , if u want contact them , phone call only ~

Yea definity do not call if you are selling Nike sneakers you are asking for trouble . Even though you have a legit business there are many counterfeits out there and ebay will ask for invoices I'd , etc and still may suspend your account .

With your item do not put a human eye on your account lay low stay under the radar sell well get great DSRs and believe me you will get limit increases

If you need increases create as many accounts you need to make the limits you need
