What would happen if I change my Personal Account to a Business account? Do I have to pay taxes then? Do I have to provide a Business #? How do I do that with a stealth account?

You always need to pay taxes regardless , any income u make must be reported. The only reason we spread out our sales over multiple accounts is one so if one gets shut down it won't crush our business , it keeps us small and under the radar and so we don't get asked for a social security number which would expose our identity to ebay and link us to other accounts this is not for tax invasion always pay your taxes.

You need to form an LLC or corporation and get an EIN which would be your tax ID, to avoid this spread your sales over many accounts if your not on pace of 200/$20000 than it lowers your chances of Paypal asking for this

Im from Canada do I have to provide this info? Isn't that only for USA?

I think you still would to form a corporation to get an EIN or you have an equivalent number to our tax ID but again it's only asked when you are on pace to go over the limits maybe someone with a Canadian account will chime In and give you some better advice

You register for tax purposes. When you get given the number you add that to your eBay account

Saw your other closed thread Hockey12, you should spread sales over multiple accounts. Forget about getting best views as yet since you need to explore this more - you might not be ready, as shown by the questions you are asking.

What research have you done about making a company and fixing taxes?

You need to go see a tax professional and find out what to do about sorting your taxes.

He can help you make a company that will work OK for you to use ebay Canada.

Usually the Tax Office want to see amounts and not names. Work on that.
