Offering free shipping, fast dispatch time, very high feedback with very high %, key words, DSR's, I had heard the number of watchers effects an item as well (but I cannot confirm this)
Being a Top Rated Seller helps. Price plays a role, although you do not have to have the lowest price. And eBay really likes free shipping. Geography can play a role as well - eBay sometimes gives a boost to the seller if the buyer location is within their "Fast and Free" guidelines.
I offer Free shipping I have other 50 items of each and my Dsr are all 4.95 or above . Have 601 feedback. I'm top rated power seller and a store. Everything I have

Then you will sometimes appear at the top of the first page. But it also depends on the competition. If you are competing with someone who has 1000000 feedback and DSR of 4.99 then you will come of second best 99% of the time.
Selling limits rarely vanish these days, they just keep increasing. There is no rule as to when and if you limits will increase. All you can do it sell to your limits, keep you buyers happy and maintain your DSR and TRS status. They should eventually go up, but there is simply no guarantee.
It is for this reason that lots of us have dozens of stealth accounts, so that we are then not effected by the selling limits and we are no effected if one of the accounts gets the axe.
Yes I know.. I currently have 1 and 1 PayPal. My limits are quite high but use the $ amount all the way it's 0.00 right now. Because I have large qty of buy it now.
I guess... Also If open another account under everything the same as my seller account but keep the new account as a buyer account? Also making a new user account on my computer to keep cookies separate?
People have been known to have a separate buying account and selling accounts with all the same info, personally I have never risked it as I see no real benefit. If you do do this though no need to keep separate user accounts. They would be so heavily linked anyway that it would be pointless.

Yes... But so worth it to open a buyer account or should I just keep it as it is to 1 account? Also If I upgrade to a business account they ask for a business # for the Canadian eBay.. When I get my business # there asking for my home address. When I register the business # with ebay will they be able to to see that address or is that just for tax purpose?
