It's the first day of the month and selling limit still not refreshed.

I'll admit i might be being a bit impatient however I'm pretty sure last time it refreshed on the midnight on the first of the month. It has been a couple of hours past midnight and my selling limit is yet to refresh for this month.

Is this normal, could it be a manual review being done? Please share your views/experiences.

Wrong! It is according to Californian time, which is PDT (9:35PM). Have some patience or I will make sure to ban your ebay account!

Yea that screwed me up before , but yep they are on pacific time

Never knew that before, never thought about it tbh, always wait a few days before I start listing again. Good to know though :)
