Question How to handle buyers? Question about shipping.

So here's the thing.
I ship item via USPS Parcel Post. I know it is slow but this is the cheapest what I can offer and I charge actual shipping price. So USPS Parcel Post could be 2-9 business days. I write this in the description in two places.

So I ship the items. I send out the shipping notification emails.
Few days later buyers keep bugging me with their questions.
"Where is my item? Where did it go? It should be here by now.........."
So I send an email and explain that how the item shipped and how long does it take and I know it is slower but this way I can ensure the lowest shipping charge for them.
So the next day, they email me again with the "WHERE IS MY ITEM?" question and "I'm going to leave you negative feedback" bull.

I really don't know how to handle these buyers.

well the obvious is offer them faster shipping and get delivery confirmation on every package sent no matter what.

I usually tell them that I'm a serious seller, that I don't like dealing with "problem buyers", that I'll give them the money back and they can pay again when they receive the item. So far it has worked for at least a dozen buyers and all of them immediately apologized.
