Unpaid Item Disputes ...question on the 60 days timeout
According to the eBay help section, Unpaid Item Disputes close automatically 60 days after the transaction ended. My question is ...is that 60 days to the end of the day at midnight? Or 60 days down to the second of the auction end? Say the auction ended on 2pm, would it close 60 days after at 2pm? Or 60 days after on midnight.
Reason is a fraudulent buyer that made a dispute with PayPal through a chargeback even though he actually received the item, so I want to hit him with an unpaid item strike but not allowing him to leave me a negative (which also expires after 60 days). Gotta time it right :D |
