hi

yesterday i sold a 3 month xbox live gold code only . some one from usa brought the got code he had good feedback but was new on ebay . what he did used my code and open a case on me saying code not working . he even not contacted me . what should i do i am no prove of the code as i brought is from a forums it was code only .

Refund, no other option. For all you know they code may not be working

i refunded him . he has scammed me code was working he used the code and get refund . he is buying code for every seller on ebay

He will not know if you have reported him

Yea he won't know who reports him , you need to hope enough people report him that ebay will close his account and any negatives he gave would be removed .

You can also see what other sellers he scammed and contact them and ask if they can report him . I did this once and messaged the other sellers and found everyone willing to help out

As for this transaction consider it a loss, it's not a good item for ebay , you will find yourself in this situation often and eventually ur account will be shut down

Digital goods are not good unless you are able to send an invoice via tracked mail.

He can leave negative feedback. Sadly, you are caught in a hard place faisalasif.

If eB catches you selling codes, you could get banned for selling digital items - they dont like it.

So...I would not call them up - just standard buyer report when you are going to leave him feedback.

Don't analyze this too much - let it go - your loss. You will have these kind of buyers when you deal with digital items...and PP :(
