Everyone here is telling you from there own personal experience NOT to call ebay, because it will likely end badly.
If you sell close to your limits each month, ebay will increase them automatically, probably around the 20th of the month.

If you are not sure if your products are genuine, then all it takes is for someone to contact ebay and bam there goes your account, which is why you are being encouraged to have a back up stealth account, because new accounts have 21 day holds and if you start it now while your current ebay is working, the holds will effect you a lot less than if you wait until your account is suspended and then have to deal with all your funds being on hold...
