Another ebay move??

Hi, im having same problem but today ebay message changed to this "Thank you for choosing eBay.

I've gotten this new one today on all of my accounts and just wanna see who else has same message and what their experience has been like. Do you think i'll be able to list in 30 days if i let it cool? Whats the best thing can you guys suggest, make more accounts and try to sell very little there?

They want:
a.) verified Paypal acct attached
b.) History of positive fb from Buyers for same/similar product lines
c.) pint of your blood

so do you think this is all same and i should be able to list in a little bit of time if i let the account cool off a bit?
