Sales Tracking Software

Does anyone use any sort of sales tracking software? If so what kind? Currenly I just keep track of my sales manually in a notebook since the comp I use for ebay doesn't have excel on it. Is there any sort of free sales tracking software anyone is aware of?

Wave connects directly to PayPal and can keep track of things for you. Mint.com also comes to mind.I suggest spending a few $ and go with quickbooks
