just a quick question.
how many new items ( or how long ) can you sell the new items before they ask you to become a buissness seller/register as buissness.

Indefinitely if done correctly.

how is it done correctly....
what am i missing

First off, has one one of your accounts been asked to convert to a business account?

no..it is a stealth account .
listing new items over 8 weeks now.
so wondering if they will limit account till i make it a buissness one..
should i list used items to cover myself..

As long as all is as described and you ship promptly your fine.

I would not say there were outright downsides, just down to preferences.

In the UK (I cannot speak for the rest of the world) we have a different fee structure for private and business, you don't get free insertions without a shop as a business, but as a private seller you cannot become TRS or SPR.

There are lots of other things are different, its just a case of deciding which works best for you and your business plan.

Personally, I will start of as private and after 3 or 4 months and around 100 feedback + decent limits I will swap to business.
